			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A group of researchers’ have found a very useful aspect of the red wine and according to that a special ingredient in the red wine named as Resveratrol helps in preventing the out-of-control blood vessels in growth in the eyes.</p>
<p>This ingredient is also found in grapes, blueberries, peanuts and other plants and all this research have been carries by researchers at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis.</p>
<p>Washington University retina specialist Rajendra S. Apte, MD, PhD, the study’s senior investigator while discussing about this new study said that “A great deal of research has identified resveratrol as an anti-aging compound, and given our interest in age-related eye disease, we wanted to find out whether there was a link”.</p>
<p>The mice were investigated during all this research and especially those mice were selected which develop abnormal blood vessels in the retina of their eye. After giving Resveratrol to mice the results that were obtained were quite amazing, the abnormal blood vessels started to disappear.</p>
<p>Apte while discussing about the results said that “We have identified a novel pathway that could become a new target for therapies” and further “And we believe the pathway may be involved both in age-related eye disease and in other diseases where angiogenesis plays a destructive role”.</p>

<p>A good exercise routine is the best ways to develop chest muscles (pushups also indirectly target your triceps and biceps). You can have your pushups vertically, against a wall or horizontally. I personally prefer the later because you get to use your full body weight to workout the chest muscles).</p>
<p>Here is how to do a vertical workout:</p>
<p>Place your feet at about three feet from a wall, with your palms resting on it. Bend your elbows progressively until your face almost touches the wall. Then do the opposite move, pushing yourself away from the wall. Repeat ten times.</p>
<p>For a horizontal workout, all you need is some floor space and a mat. The routine is similar to the vertical workout except that the whole thing is done facing the floor. Here is how to do it:</p>
<p>Place yourself in the horizontal position, with your body raised on arms and the feet close together. Lower your body until your nose touches the floor. Keep the position for 2 seconds, and then use your arms to rise up to the initial position. For a start, limit yourself to about ten repetitions, then increase progressively, on a daily basis.</p>
<p>Nothing is worth a good pushup workout as far as chest exercises at home are concerned. It&#8217;s easy, requires no equipment and costs virtually nothing.</p>

It takes time for the body to heal, and there is no quick way. It&#8217;s the same for losing weight too.</p>
<p>That&#8217;s the reason why many people opt to have surgery. They figure they go in get operated on have this replaced, this liposuctioned, or this removed. Also, I believe surgery has become an epidemic especially here in the United States. It seems that no one is even looking at alternative solutions anymore.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ve seen first hand that it takes time to heal and there is no quick method. My mom&#8217;s friend husband found out he had rectal cancer this past May. His wife had been telling him for years that he should start eating healthier. He would never listen to her. He continued to eat at fast food restaurants, and loads of junk food. He would cook for the family, and of course the food that he cooked did not qualify as being healthy. Even after he found out that he was sick it was a struggle for him to change his eating habits. Friends were concerned too, and they let him know about it.</p>
<p>My mom&#8217;s friend and her husband continued going to the doctor. The doctors told him that he would need surgery to remove the cancer. They told him the worse case scenario would be that he would have to get a colostomy bag. My Mom&#8217;s friend told my mom that they would were going to look at some alternative solutions in the mean time. Her husband was still having a hard time making the necessary lifestyle changes he needed to help him fight this cancer. A friend wanted to put him on a natural health program. He refused.</p>
<p>He decided to go ahead and have the surgery which was scheduled in July. He had the surgery. The doctor told my mom&#8217;s friend (his wife) that it was the worse case scenario. They had to remove his anal sphincter. Therefore he would now have to have a colostomy bag for the rest of his life. It was not the news he or the family wanted to hear.</p>
<p>Now, he has to make lifestyle changes, and it is not easy. I don&#8217;t think he thought it was going to be the worse case scenario. I think he thought he was going to go in and have the surgery, and in a few months he was going to be back to living the unhealthy lifestyle that probably got him in that way in the first place. It would have been easier if he had went ahead and made those changes in the beginning.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s not a quick fix to anything, and you shouldn&#8217;t want one regarding your health. Don&#8217;t wait until you get sick to start making the health changes you need to. Regardless, of what the doctor or anyone else tells you. The fact of the matter is there is no quick way to healing.</p>
